1. Information We Collect
Crazy Fox Rewards is designed primarily as a mobile entertainment and rewards application. Depending on how you use the App and the services enabled in your version of the App, we may process the following categories of information:
User ID
The App does not require users to create an account or log in with an email address, username, password, phone number, or social-media account. We store only a unique user ID associated with the user for purposes such as identifying the user within the App, maintaining app-related records, and providing App features.
Information you provide
Apart from the user ID described above, we do not require you to provide personal information to use the normal features of the App. If you voluntarily contact us, the information included in your communication may be received by us.
Information we do not intentionally request
We do not intentionally ask you to provide sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or precise location through the normal operation of the App. Please do not submit such information through support channels unless it is specifically required and requested by us.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically by us or by third-party SDKs integrated into the App. Depending on configuration and platform, this may include:
- Device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and operating-system version.

- Advertising identifiers, such as Apple's IDFA or Android Advertising ID, where permitted by the operating system and your choices.

- Information about advertisements displayed or interacted with, including ad impressions and rewarded-ad events.
- General information about features and screens used within the App.
We do not use precise GPS location as a normal feature of Crazy Fox Rewards. Some third-party advertising or analytics providers may infer approximate location from technical information such as an IP address for purposes such as fraud prevention, regional content, or advertising measurement.
3. Advertising and Rewarded Videos
Crazy Fox Rewards may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements. A rewarded advertisement may provide an in-app benefit after the required advertisement has been successfully completed, such as a reward, spin, coin, or other in-app benefit.
Advertising partners may collect or receive information from your device to provide, measure, personalize, limit, and prevent fraud relating to advertising. The availability and behavior of personalized advertising can depend on your device, region, consent choices, and the advertising provider's policies.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, we request consent or provide controls relating to personalized advertising. On iOS, advertising access may also be controlled through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
4. Analytics and Firebase
We may use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to understand App usage, diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and improve reliability.
Depending on the Firebase products enabled in the released version of the App, Firebase may process technical information, device information, app events, diagnostic information, and identifiers. Firebase's processing is also governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy documentation.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App.
- To provide rewards, spins, coins, videos, and other App features.
- To show and measure advertisements, including rewarded advertisements.
- To understand how users interact with the App and improve usability.
- To detect crashes, bugs, abuse, invalid activity, and technical problems.
- To protect the App, our users, advertising partners, and services from fraud or misuse.
- To respond to support requests, feedback, and other communications.

7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services and SDKs. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. The services used by a particular release may change over time.

8. App Permissions
Crazy Fox Rewards requests only the permissions needed by the features enabled in the App. Depending on the platform and version, these may include network/internet access and notification-related permissions.
You can generally manage optional permissions through your device settings. Refusing an optional permission may prevent the related feature from working while other parts of the App continue to operate.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the third-party service that processes it.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an updated policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
